Quality Control

We have a stringent QC system for scrutiny and quality. We believe in fulfilling our responsibilities to the farmers, clients and the society at large.

Our QC department is equipped with modern methodology and they inspect the entire process from production to packaging and checking the quality for each batch process thoroughly as per the guidelines. The QC system is constantly upgraded to meet the client’s requirements.

Each product has to undergo the following process:

• Before manufacturing, each batch of raw materials should be tested.
• Under Production Batches Testing is undertaken.
• From there the sealed sample should be sent for final inspection before packing.
• Final product also regulatory requirements
• On-spot inspection of goods at the transportation centre is conducted before loading cargos into containers.
